Cookies Adventskalender Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen

1. Die folgenden Bedingungen regeln die Teilnahme an der von Cookies World (im Folgenden “Veranstalter” genannt) organisierten Verlosung des Cookies-Adventskalenders. Mit der Teilnahme an dem Giveaway akzeptieren die Teilnehmer die folgenden Bedingungen:

3. Teilnehmer müssen mindestens 18 Jahre alt sein und in Deutschland leben, um teilnehmen zu können.

Die Preise wurden von den folgenden Partnern von Cookies World gespendet: The Westin Grand Berlin, Esther Perbandt, Baldon Berlin, Tom Peters World, Beatrice Heinze, Livinguard Tech, Rohleder Home Collection, Yoga by Steph Jaksch, Kristian Schuller, OEL Berlin, Sake 36, Spirit of the Nomad, Horizn Studios, Walking the Cat, Lilienthal Berlin, Gentlemen’s Circle Barber Shop, Berlin Pilates Studio.

5. Das Daily Giveaway Spiel beginnt am Dienstag 1.12.2020 um 10 Uhr und endet am 24.12.2020 um 10 Uhr.

6. Um an der Verlosung teilzunehmen, muss der Teilnehmer folgendes tun: den Instagram-Accounts folgen, die am Tag auf der @cookieshow_berlin angegeben sind, wie die Tagespost und zwei Freunde markieren. Von jedem dieser Accounts werden Geschenke vergeben: @cookiescreamberlin @crackersberlin @cookiesevents und es kann sich von Tag zu Tag ändern.

7. Mitarbeiter des Veranstalters und Mitarbeiter von Cookies World sind von der Teilnahme ausgeschlossen. Mehrfachteilnahmen sind ausgeschlossen.

8. Der Gewinner wird jeden Abend per Los ermittelt und am nächsten Tag bis 10:00 Uhr MEZ bekannt gegeben. Die Gewinner werden per Instagram-Nachricht über den Account, auf dem das Geschenk gewonnen wird, benachrichtigt. Wenn der Gewinner nicht innerhalb von 3 Werktagen nach der Benachrichtigung antwortet, verfällt der Anspruch auf den Gewinn und es wird ein neuer Gewinner ausgelost. Alle Informationen im Rahmen dieses Gewinnspiels werden ausschließlich vom Veranstalter zur Verfügung gestellt.
Es werden folgende Daten erhoben: Name, Adresse, Telefonnummer und Instagram-Handle

9. Die im Zusammenhang mit diesem Gewinnspiel erhobenen personenbezogenen Daten (mit Ausnahme des eingestellten Fotos/Kommentars) werden ausschließlich für die Abwicklung des Gewinnspiels verwendet, nicht an Dritte weitergegeben und nach Abschluss des Gewinnspiels gelöscht.

10. Das Cookies-Adventskalender-Giveaway ist nicht mit Facebook/Instagram verbunden und wird in keiner Form von dieser Plattform gesponsert, unterstützt oder organisiert. Der Teilnehmer stellt Facebook/Instagram von jeglicher Haftung frei.

5. The Daily Giveaway game starts on Tuesday 1.12.2020 at 10 o’clock and ends on 24.12.2020 at 10 o’clock.

In order to participate in the sweepstake, the participant must do the following: follow the Instagram accounts specified on the day at the @cookieshow_berlin, like the day’s post and tag two friends. Gifts will be given from either of these accounts: @cookiescreamberlin @crackersberlin @cookiesevents and it might change from day to day.

7. Employees of the organiser and employees of Cookies World are excluded from participation. Multiple participations are excluded.

8. The winner will be determined by drawing lots each evening and announced the following day by 10:00 o’clock CET. Winners will be notified by Instagram message via the account where the gift is won at. If the winner does not respond within 3 working days of notification, the claim to the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be drawn by lot. All information within the framework of this raffle is provided exclusively by the organiser.

9. The personal data collected in connection with this giveaway (with the exception of the posted photo/commentary) will be used exclusively for the purpose of processing the sweepstake, it will not be passed on to third parties and will be deleted after the giveaway has been completed.

10. The Cookies Advent Calendar giveaway is not connected to Facebook/Instagram and is not sponsored, supported or organised in any form by this platform. The participant releases Facebook/Instagram from any liability.
