I love our team, the teamwork, it’s always fun to work with the guys in the kitchen! I also really like that my ideas find a open ear. I like the familiar atmosphere in Crackers a lot.
I really enjoy the freedom and flexibility i get to create, i also love working with people that inspire me such as Stephan Hentschel.
I really enjoy working here because even though I’m the only girl in the kitchen II am not treated as if I was the only girl. Everyone is very inclusive and gender plays no role. I am very excited that restaurants have reopened, I get to see guests enjoy what we prepare and have new challenges every day which are exciting.

My favourite moment so far has been when we filled the Crackers room with smoke for the ventilation video. That was really something super cool. I enjoy working here because everyone is very nice and I love that because of the job I do, I get to interact with everyone.
I really like that we work within a young environment . usually fine dining and Michelin restaurants have an older crowd but here we are all about the same age which makes it fun. I enjoy my job because it is very dynamic and creative.

I love the design of Crackers and the whole space and atmosphere. I also love the team, everyone is super nice and it feels like a family. As a manager I love the fact that I can direct the rhythm and flow of the evening, aiming to create a flawless service while creating a positive energy and good mood.
What I love the most is interacting with farmers and suppliers – being able to work with products that are created with dedication and attention to detail is an absolute privilege. I love Crackers when the DJ kicks in on Saturday night and how the balancing act between casual fine dining and casual club atmosphere works perfectly!
