You will need:
– 1 large pan
– 2 plates
– scissors or small knife to open the bags
– a few large spoons always come in handy
– kitchen towel
Baguette & Butter: Simply serve!
Salad – Label A: Remove the chicoree from the bag onto a separate plate to avoid excess liquid. Pour marinade into a paper cup, close the lid and shake. Take your plate and serve chicoree with salad on the side. Done!
Soup – Label B:
Fill a large pot with water and bring to a boil. Turn the heat to low and place the vacuum bag with the soup into the water. Let it heat up for 10 min then place the pancake stripes into a bowl and serve hot soup on top. Slurp away!
Main – Label C:
Use the same large pot with water and bring to a boil. Turn the heat to low and place the vacuum bag labelled C into the water. Let it heat up for 10-15 min. First serve the miso balls, then add the beetroot all around. Garnish with artichoke chips and chives. Enjoy!
Dessert – Label D:
With a large spoon scrape out all of the mousse from the paper cup and into a small bowl. Garnish with popcorn all over. Yum!
